The house, with all its assets, will be exclusively yours to welcome your guests for a unique experience of shared conviviality to please everyone ; the comfort of a family house renovated with taste, and steeped in history and traditions.

A UNIQUE VENUE

Ideally located, overlooking the lake, this large 18th century building is typical of the region. Indeed, the house was originally a winery and has been completely refurbished. It offers great services and has retained an authentic and refined character.

The house offers a very nice capacity of accommodation with 9 suites and rooms. This configuration allows to welcome up to 29 people in personalized rooms with all the comforts of a hotel for a pleasant stay with family or friends.

A spacious and refined living space including a lounge, kitchen and dining room can also be used. It allows you to be away from the bustle of reception rooms, enjoy the house and create moments of conviviality and sharing.

The garden, overlooking the lake, is available for outdoor lunches, fun activities, or, simply, to rest and enjoy the landscape.

A PRIVILEGED SITUATION FOR VARIOUS ACTIVITIES

Veyrier-du-Lac, known as the Savoyard Emerald Coast, 10 minutes from Annecy, is easily accessible. You can get there from the Annecy TGV station, as well as from Lyon or Geneva airports. This privileged situation offers an easy access both to the pleasures of water and mountain activities, and to the discovery of Haute- Savoie villages and alpine pastures.

With this in mind, you can easily organize fun or sports activities in the park or nearby, such as cycling on the bike path at the foot of the house, sailing on the lake with the sailing club within 100 meters, playing on Annecy Lake golf course (5 kilometers away), or climbing the surrounding peaks.

The house and family being well anchored in the region history, gourmands and scholars will also be able to learn about the wines, dishes and traditions of Savoy in a privileged way.
