Data collected
We only collect data you voluntarily provide via our forms (quote requests, contact, RSVP, client area): name, email, phone, and information about your event project. Data entered in the Client Area (room plan, RSVP, tourist tax) is stored locally in your browser and is not transmitted to our servers.
Purposes
Your data is used exclusively to: • Respond to your quote and contact requests • Organise your event and follow up on your booking • Send you practical information related to your stay We do not engage in commercial prospecting and never sell your data.
Retention period
Quote requests are kept for 3 years from the last contact. Data linked to a contracted event is kept for 10 years for accounting and legal reasons.
Recipients
Your data is intended exclusively for the La Croix des Champs team. It is never sold or transferred to third parties. It may be shared with our service providers (caterers, partner accommodation) only with your explicit consent and strictly within the framework of organising your event.
Cookies
The site embeds certain third-party services (reCAPTCHA, YouTube videos, Google Maps, Calendly booking, Matterport virtual tour) which may set technical cookies of their own. La Croix des Champs itself does not use any advertising or commercial tracking cookies.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, opposition and portability over your data.
